Wise words ======================================================================== Dear Reader,  Last night, I had a phone conversation with one of my customers and a valued friend who has known me for nearly 30 years! , with my situation with relationship etc. He came up with a really good analogy He said: " You would not re-use a dirty plate, you would wash it first, or use a clean one ."  It was so true.  It has helped, So today is a new day, and the start of a new week, so I have got up this morning, instead of trying to push through the night. like I usually do I also read on the net the other day, that you should make your bed. So that at least you achieved one of the tasks of everyday life, and if you have a bad day, at least your bed is made, when you get into it! how true. So this may have helped as well, I had a good dinner last night, and not too late.  Southern Fried chicken, Jacket Potatoes, and Mushy Peas and it was very nice too!...

MARCH 2018 Dear Reader, So I start off March 2018 with another cold - Cough,  Lemsip Max+ blackcurrant to the rescue... As we are going through March I am still battling through my feelings,  People don't realise that their action's effect other peoples lives and they get on with their lives, doing what they like, without a care and the other person is left with the fallout...  I try and stay positive but I  am a realist. and I can see what is going to happen before it is going to happen. I just can't understand why life has been so hard lately. SNOW!!!! We have snow, readers! I have been out on the roads this morning, and it's a nightmare. Drivers are Driving too fast or too close to you and not giving space. So be careful out there! give plenty of space and not too much throttle! We have a few centimetres of snow and the whole county comes to a halt. Well, this helps a nice cup of tea!  And we have had more snow  so here is tonight's  So we have had a bit more snow tonight, All take care out there on the roads

February Continued.... Dear Reader, I have always  tried  to push myself forward, but sometimes life and situations just make it so hard to keep pushing forward. This month, so far has been hard emotionally. bit I am hanging on in there. As my Dad says " their is a fine line between sane and insanity..."  Sleeping has been hard, dont sleep well, then crash out on the couch.  this is not good! but as they say no pain!, no gain!  They always say everything happens for a reason! really would like to know! Been up since 3am  so far this morning had my Breakfast at 6 and I am multi tasking, doing washing,  Tumbling and Working, I worry about my health as not sleeping well is probably not good, but as there is only me ( most of the time) doing stuff.  my son helps a little, but time is in short supply Well back to work
